In order to achieve the goal of energy saving, high efficiency and friendly emission of gas-fired boilers, aiming at the problems of high exhaust gas temperature, high energy consumption and large mist emission of gas-fired boilers, taking a gas-fired boiler room of a heating plant in Beijing as an example, proposes different energy saving reconstruction schemes for deep recovery of flue gas condensation waste heat of gas-fired boilers, and tests the energy saving effect during the heating season in 2017-2018. The results show that the flue gas temperature can be reduced to below 30 ℃, and the comprehensive energy saving rate of the system can be over 10%. A single system can produce 55 to 78 tons of flue gas condensate every day, effectively reducing the emission of NOx and SO2 and other harmful gases, and the mist removal rate of flue gas reaches 78%, which realizes high efficiency and friendly emission and reduces energy cost.
